System function

The system can achieve the following functions:

  1. Station monitoring function: Through Ethernet communication, a local area network can be directly established within the station to achieve real-time monitoring of charging stations.
  2. Real time data transmission function: Through various 5G/4G/3G wireless networks, the data of the charging station terminal can be transparently transmitted in real time to the charging station system management platform at the backend of the server;
  3. The charging pile system management platform software mainly implements the management of several major application functions, including the metering and billing system, charging monitoring system, distribution monitoring system, and security monitoring system;
  4. Remote monitoring function: The management platform of the server can monitor the operation of the charging station at any time, including the uploading of working parameters of devices such as power transmitters, circuit breakers, PLC controllers, billing devices, touch screens, etc. It can also issue various work instructions to the charging station terminal equipment through the router;
  5. Remote alarm maintenance function: It can monitor the operating status of the charging station in real time. Once a fault alarm occurs, it can be remotely maintained, debugged or upgraded to timely handle abnormal charging station terminal problems.

System Principles

The charging station is the terminal monitoring device, which is connected to the wireless module through a serial port or network port. It is interconnected with the charging station business management platform through 5G/4G operators, achieving the purpose of remote monitoring of on-site equipment by the charging station business management platform. By interconnecting with the on-site monitoring system through Ethernet, the on-site monitoring system can directly monitor on-site equipment.

Communication: The Alotcer AR7000 can transparently transmit business data and power center communication through 4G/5G wireless IoT and charging station business management platform data exchange. The Alotcer AR7000 uses Ethernet to establish an internal network for data transmission with the station’s monitoring system.

Back end: The charging pile business management platform and the station monitoring system conduct unified sorting and analysis of the information and status of all front-end devices through the Internet, and then take corresponding measures.
