While foreign trade was battered by overseas turbulence and domestic markets spiraled into cut-throat competition, Ailutong kept its bearings. At home we raced through 20 provinces and 60 cities, engaging more than 30 high-potential clients and tightening our sales net. Abroad we navigated shifting risks, visiting over 20 countries and holding in-depth talks with more than a hundred customers. We exhibited at nine trade shows, shipped 21 % more volume than last year despite the headwinds, signed 160 new customers and opened several blank-market regions. Every departure aimed farther; every contract sprang from mutual trust. We measured markets with footsteps and won recognition with sincerity.
R&D DEPARTMENT
2025 R&D budget rose 15 % year-on-year and core-headcount expansion accelerated. We zeroed in on ultra-low-power communication and extreme-environment adaptation, building a “rapid-response, precision-development” tech-enablement system. Ten-plus iterative new products reached the market and several invention patents were granted. We balance the books and stabilize production; precise coordination links every supply with every demand.
HR & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
From the first interview invitation to daily care and support, HR hides “the warmth of home” in every detail, weaving team cohesion. This year we added 35 core talents, staged five training drills, raised retention by 18 % and scored 98.2 % satisfaction on team-building events. We recruit talent and gather family; warmth lets every Ailutong member charge forward with peace of mind.
